Global Unity Foundation was re-established by Donna Shepard in April 2020 to continue the philanthropic mission founded by her late son, Ryan Long - a warrior for change and an advocate for community.
Since 2011, Ryan worked tirelessly to support startup charities through events held year-round and throughout the country. Events that suppo
Global Unity Foundation was re-established by Donna Shepard in April 2020 to continue the philanthropic mission founded by her late son, Ryan Long - a warrior for change and an advocate for community.
Since 2011, Ryan worked tirelessly to support startup charities through events held year-round and throughout the country. Events that supported socially conscious entrepreneurs and raised funds for both startup and established charities working in communities around the world.
Ryan's legacy also includes our Virtual Training Sessions that have featured leaders in business, experts in marketing, nonprofit compliance, grant-writing, and fundraising who share tools and techniques for success.
Ryan passed away on March 2nd, 2020, however we will continue his work to support community through programs and events inspired by his extraordinary vision for making this world just a little bit better than he found it.
